Simply massage yourself, or have someone do the massaging for you twice a day. Consider adding a few drops of honey or glycerin. This will get rid of all the dead skin cells and help rejuvenate your wrinkles. Simply washing your hands with some olive oil a couple times a week can get rid of wrinkles on your hands.

Aloe Vera

It is pretty well known that aloe vera has some amazing natural healing abilities. Aloe vera is used as a home remedy for many things, including getting rid of wrinkles. Get adequate sleep

When your body asks for 8 hours of sleep, and you only give it 6, it’s going to fight back. Sleep is literally time for your body to rebuild dead and broken cells. If your body has no time to rebuild damaged cells, then wrinkles are bound to form. Although not everyone will need 8 hours of sleep each night, I can guarantee that everyone could use an extra 30 minute nap. When sleeping, your body will produce a growth hormone which helps skin remain elastic, which reduces the possibility to wrinkle. There is research that proves individuals whom sleep on their back receive less wrinkles. Sleeping on a side creates wrinkles on cheeks and chin, while sleeping face-down will give you some brow wrinkles.

The majority of the human populations, in this generation, has grown to find vegetables undesirable. Fruits have amazing rejuvenating effects on the skin because of some simple antioxidant compounds found in them.
