Blindingly fast compared with EndNote. Retrieving 50 references from PubMed took 4 seconds. In comparison, EndNote had retrieved the first 11 references from the same search in 30 seconds, at which point I aborted the thing. Plus, it searches PubMed in the way that medical researchers are used to searching, when you use the advanced search option. And free - hard to beat that for value...
