Meh - just like Command-C, I bought into this app as well. There are so many other easier ways to do this. I used this at first, then relegated it to the unused pile of software and am now deleting it.

For getting photos from my iPhone I always use the OS X default Image Capture app.
But it doesn't work the other way around.
This neat little app however does.
