I don't get it. Is there one musician interested in the garbage? The GUI is such a mess. Running more than 6 audio tracks already loaded my i7 running at 50% without running any plugins. Not going into details but I would highly suggest taking a look at good DAW like Ableton Live, Cubase and even the new Bitwig. Don't spend time messing with this.

IMO the devs should rethink the layout. It is just a plain mess to work with. VST or AU plugins are a PITA to use. A sequencer/DAW should encourage people to make music in a modern way. This DAW gives you headaches to do even simple things. Avoid

Most ugly DAW but has some good ideas. The demo crashes when you use some vst plugins (d16 plugins for example) Still Ableton is the best of the bunch. Period.
