To Limit Point: What's going on at your web site? Clicking on any of the 40-odd apps listed in the Mac App Store go to a generic "contact" page and there's absolutely no info on any of them except Mailings and Blue Crab. Several of the apps listed in the MAS have been posted as recently as January 17, 2014, yet there seems to be no support or other online info about these apps. Can you please update your landing page with at least a message indicating your status and the status of all your apps? To continue to list 40 apps in the MAS with no visible means of support is rather disingenuous.

2 major drawbacks: - Finder will stall and show the beach ball cursor for the time it takes to upload file(s) to the ftp server... This is the major flaw that makes it useless for me. - Interface is kind of non-intuitive and confusing. For instance, when entering ftp addresses, I think that the username/password and rest should have specific input fields for it, instead of having the program's website state half-way down the webpage, what format should be used to enter ftp bookmarks.

From what I understand, reading a review on that program, it requires launching the full-blown CD application, as well as the Dashboard - which can be a large overhead for many people. The FTPortal contextual menu sends the file internally, launching no other application and goes away as soon as you let go of your mouse. The FTPortal application versions are nice because they can exist as icons on your desktop, or dock, each named appropriately to distinguish it by server and directory.

How's this different from the (free) Cyberduck widget? With it I create as many widgets as there are different servers, then with one click'd drag (of the file on the widget) I upload it where I want... Agreed, in addition to clicking I need to trigger Dashboard too. So, one click plus one keypress :-)

This is a great app for those of us that maintain only one web page and use the same folders over and over. It makes uploading very quick. Problems: -no error message when I had the file path incorrect. -can only have one website associated with application. May be problem: no warning for overwriting files (good for me).
